Every company is vetted

State license where required, general liability and workers' comp insurance, IICRC-certified techs, two references, and a live after-hours alert test.

We pay you, not the company

No chasing checks. The fee is charged to the company the moment it accepts, and your share posts to your balance automatically.

The homeowner says yes, every time

Nothing goes out without their tap or a YES by text. They see who's coming and can stop texts with one word.

Your reputation travels

Accurate leads raise your score, and companies see it. Pick up to three preferred partners you already trust; they hear about your leads first.

For water-mitigation companies

Verified water losses, from plumbers on site, in minutes.

A plumber is standing in the leak with a camera. The homeowner has already agreed to hear from you. You see the video, the size and the exact fee, and you hold one button to take it.

Pay only when you accept

Flat dollars per job size, set per market and shown before you accept. No bidding, no subscription required in the pilot.

First to accept wins

No auction and no haggling. Hold the button for three seconds; the card is charged and the job is yours.

Ten minutes to change your mind

Can't roll? Release within 10 minutes for a full refund. Wrong size on arrival? Request a correction with photos.

Consent, on record

Every homeowner agreed by tap or by text before you were notified. Their name, number and street unlock the moment you accept.

Homeowners

The homeowner agrees first, and never installs anything.

Homeowners don't sign up for LeakLeaders. Their plumber asks them, in person, whether a water-mitigation company may contact them about the damage. Only if they agree do we share their details with one vetted company and send them a few texts about this job.

How they agree

  • On the plumber's phone (most often). The plumber hands over the phone; the homeowner reads the screen below and taps I agree, or taps to be texted instead.
  • By text. We text the homeowner once asking them to reply YES or tap a link. No reply means no lead and no further texts.
  • We record when and how they agreed and the exact wording they saw. Plumbers and companies can't agree on a homeowner's behalf.

FAQ

Questions plumbers ask

Is this legal? Am I selling customer data?

You're making a referral with the homeowner's explicit consent, recorded with a timestamp and the exact wording they saw. The company pays a flat referral fee; nothing is priced off the job value, and the homeowner is never charged. We never sell anyone's data.

What if nobody accepts?

The lead goes to more companies as the minutes pass, and if it's still open, a person on our dispatch desk works the phones. You're told either way, and you owe nothing.

When do I get the money?

Your commission is credited when a company accepts and becomes available 48 hours later (the window for disputes). Standard cash-out to your bank is free; instant is 1.5%.

Do I have to hand my phone to a stranger?

Only if you want the fastest path. You can text them a link instead; they reply YES from their own phone.

I already have a restoration company I trust.

Add them as a preferred partner. They get a head start on every lead you send; if they're busy, other vetted companies get a shot.

What does it cost me?

Nothing. No subscription, no per-lead fee, no cut of your plumbing invoice.

Your next leak could be worth $1,100.
